My Role
From the initial concept to the final guest experience, I led every stage of the project, including:

Secured a partnership with one of Barcelona's leading Peruvian restaurants, negotiating exclusive use of the venue outside its regular opening hours.
-
Coordinated with the restaurant team to deliver the workshop entirely in English, making the experience accessible to Barcelona's international and expat community.

Established a strategic collaboration with Mamas in Biz, an expat mothers' network, to increase visibility and attract a wider audience.
-
Designed the event strategy, promotional messaging and visual assets.
-
Planned and launched a Meta Ads campaign which, despite running for only 48 hours, generated 2 ticket conversions.

Managed registrations, attendee communication and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless experience.

Hosted in partnership with Sir Victor Hotel, the evening brought together healthcare professionals and women with lived experience to share knowledge, stories and practical advice in a safe and welcoming environment.
My Role
I managed the event from concept to execution, including:
